Title

South Dakota - Yankton Daily Press & Dakotan

Description

Originally established as the Weekly Dakotian in 1861, Frank M. Ziebach had rejoined his newspaper after it was sold to George W. Kingsbury in 1862 to continue the publication. After numerous ownership handovers and consolidations with area newspapers, it was eventually named to its current day title of The Yankton Press and Dakotan.
